Q.Is the product unisex?

A.It can be used by both men and women.

Q.Are you all skin types?

A.The brush is gentle on the skin, so it is suitable for all skin types.

Q. What kind of goat hair is Sokoho?

A. A particularly fine, thin and soft material found on the chest of a goat. Higher grade than normal goat hair, and comfortable against the skin.

Q.Can it be used on areas with rough skin?

A. Please refrain from using it on areas with skin problems.

Q.Can I use it to wash my face every day?

A.Basically, you can use it every day, but if you have sensitive skin, we recommend using it twice a week. Also, even if you have sensitive skin, we recommend using it as a foaming brush.

Q. How durable is the facial cleansing brush?

A. If you use it once every night, it will last about 3-4 months. If you use it 2-3 times a week, it will last about 9 months.

Q.Do I need a hair dryer to dry the brush?

A. You can dry it by drying it in a well-ventilated place. No hair dryer required.

Q.Can I rub the cleansing brush against my skin?

A. Gently apply the firmly foamed foam on your skin and wash your face by sliding it over the foam. It cleans thoroughly without applying too much force.

Q.Are there any precautions?

A. Wash your face by stroking your skin gently. Rubbing too hard may cause skin problems. If it does not fit your skin, please stop using it. Do not use if you have an abnormality on your skin such as a wound or eczema. If any abnormalities such as redness, itchiness or irritation appear during or after use, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. If you continue to use it as it is, the symptoms may worsen.
